Understanding You

Understanding the interest, ability and aptitude of the candidate is a responsibility beyond importance. We follow a very scientific and systematic in-house testing process developed by senior psychologists.The process is monitored and assisted by experienced professionals. The process is so detailed that it might well take 3 hours or more. The one on one discussions help us communicate the test results very clearly to the candidate and the family and help them to decide the career path.

Setting Targets and Creating Pathways

Most parents complain that their wards do not stick to one career goal and keep on hopping from one to the other. It majorly happens because of the lack of exposure about various fields. So, at Career Ladder once the career path is decided, we design a set of tasks which give the candidate - experiential learning for solidifying their career decisions. Based on the interests and passions of the candidate, we carve out a set of activities that help the student to understand their inner self even better, have practical understanding of the career chosen and be crystal clear about their own decisions.We clearly define the timelines for completion of the tasks. Throughout the process, the candidate is nurtured, encouraged and supported by a mentor.

Building the Context through Knowledge Building activities

Defining a task list might be very easy but until and unless the accurate knowledge required for completing the task is provided to the candidate, the task remains a distant dream. So, we define a systematic way of building up the knowledge base helping the candidate to gain in confidence regarding the completion of the task.

Applying the acquired knowledge in relevant areas

The best way of acquiring knowledge with confidence is through application of the knowledge. So, now we start providing the platforms where the skill and knowledge will be put to use and the candidate on application will understand the concepts far more in depth. Moreover, the candidate also starts showing specific interest towards certain types of activities - giving clear indication about his personality and interest based choices.

Build, Create and Perform

Finally, we mentor the student into opening up their minds and start thinking of building something new. This is the final destination of the program, where all that has been learnt till date will be put to use and a candidate will go beyond his /her usual length of imagination, critical thinking and competitive spirit to build a concept of his/her own. This creative idea comes to the candidate because of the exposure in the previous stages and he/she is able to execute the same because of the learning process.
